Here we go. It was not enough have to deal with completely unskilled recruiters. The new trend is letting Indians do recruiting. By Indians I don’t mean Native Americans, but Indians from India. I am sick of these Indian recruiters.

I am an experienced IT specialist and I am currently working on my CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certification; I already got my certificate through the local Community College, with a 4.0 GPA. Although I have extensive experience with networking, I decided to add the skills needed for Cisco Equipment (routers and switches).

It’s true that I am working with a Cisco Network Simulator for my classes, but there is nothing better than direct experience and for this reason I purchased a small Cisco Lab, because simulators are nice but they are not comparable with real life experience. A simulator cannot simulate a broken patch cable, for example. On one of my websites I posted a page advertising my job search as Network Engineer/Administrator.

I am searching for a job in Pittsburgh, Memphis, Knoxville, St. Louis and Oklahoma City. I am willing to consider other cities, such as Washington DC, New York City, Richmond etc.

Please visit my page for this job posting as Network Engineer/Administrator.

After all people wanting billions of tax Dollars, just to pay “royal” perks to the same executives that are happily destroying America, finally a story that proves not only greedy idiots live on this planet. This is what happened at B & W Trailer Hitches.

There are many people that say they are good at what they do; my experience shows that many of these so called “experts” are only experts when it comes to talking. An IT professional with experience in Networking, Web, Linux and Windows should have more than just talk; their skills should be proven by facts and success in the field.

I am damn tired of recruiters. These people treat you like a piece of meat. They are not any better than debt collectors. Admittedly (there are posts all over the Internet), they are just like any other sales person, they are at the same level of car sales people. There are exceptions of course, but I never met one of these exceptions.

I have already discovered that the majority of recruiters are not smarter than a 5th grader; please refer to this post. I have also talked about some very questionable hiring practices used by some rascals; here the page with my posts. Now I would like to discuss what employers get from people supposedly smarter than a 5th grader.

It’s true, people don’t read. I don’t know if they are not able to, or if they simply search for “keywords” or what. I have published in the same category, but different sub-category, what happened to me in my job search. Something is related with National Origin Discrimination, something with issues related with “recruiters” and “staffing agencies”. Now it’s time to expose the idiocy of some of them.
