I am sorry for your unfortunate experience. The major problem with Italian companies is the poor organization. We got out this business, because tired of dealing with unorganized people, in our case apartments’ owners. We got our share of overbooking caused by idiocy, BUT we ALWAYS found an alternative, and possibly better accommodation for our customers. Customer satisfaction is not just a word, is a mission. Unfortunately people rely mostly on fake, and positive, reviews of these companies; the Internet is full of them.

This being said, I want to add that not all Italian rental agencies have this behavior, but certainly the one you mentioned has a concerning record in bullying its customers. I also have to say that doing business, any business, you cannot have a 100% satisfaction record, but a company MUST take action especially when the customer risks to have no an alternative accommodation.

As you can see Michael, although my opinions are protected under the First Amendment of the American Constitution, this is not slender or libel at all. It is not slender, because I have never spoken against your company, so try to be a bit more informed, please. It is not libel either, because what written here is not only true, but it is also verifiable through the Internet and the case of Shane is one of the many we can cite.
