The Most Common Error in Making Pizza

This is not really a recipe, but a suggestion about pizza. In the US pizza is made using the so called “Marinara Sauce”.

It’s true that you can cook as you please and you don’t go to jail for using the wrong ingredient, but pizza is an Italian invention and for this reason I like to preserve the original, and better, recipe. To make pizza, just use plain tomato sauce, the one you can find in a can. That’s it.
