Less than a week after I launched my website about Custom Wooden Pens, I made the first sale! Somebody can say ” not really an exceptional result after all”. Sorry if I disagree. Results don’t come by themselves, you must work hard to achieve success. Here my experience as Website Designer, Search Engine Optimization Engineer and turner of woodpens.
I am proud to announce my new line of Custom Wooden Pens. I always had the passion of working with wood and I finally found this new and interesting hobby. I designed and created several types of woodpens and now I have decided to sell my collection of fine writing instruments.
Finally I have decided to go a step further. Now I am accepting applications for students of Italian. I will teach them Italian (did I write that I am Italian mother tongue?) I come from the only part of Italy where Italian is spoken properly (Tuscany) and I have a deep knowledge of the Italian grammar as well of course the perfect pronunciation of words. I heard a few “Teachers of Italian” and I was horrified; they have probably learned Italian on CD’s!!
It’s a well known fact that airlines have crazy fares; they change prices by the minute. Lately, with this “cost of gasoline” frenzy, every excuse is good to hit Customers with stupid surcharges, such as the checked luggage. Yesterday I found out something even crazier.
Try to avoid a rental car in Italy! Our driving style is very different than here in the US. Our roads are narrower, and we have a lot of traffic, even on highways.
I bet you found at your grocery store this pizza brand: “Di Giorno”. Although this is an American brand, they decided to use an Italian name for marketing sake. Italian names sell very well, even if they represent a product never heard of it in Italy. Of course both TV commercial and people mispronounce it, so I uploaded 2 very small audio files. If you click on “more…” you may listen to these 2 audio files.
A little teaching here. The plural of Euro is Euro. Strange huh? There is a good reason for this.
Americans (and Italians) love Cappuccino, and they are right! It’s tasty, funny and healthy (at least in my opinion).
Here we are! Many Americans know Bruschetta very well and love it; unfortunately the pronunciation is completely wrong (I heard the correct pronunciation only once on the TV show “Everybody Loves Raymond”).
